We cooked breakfast couple times, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a cooktop were available.

The place is really close to the shopping mall as well as all public transport. In fact, the property is situated close to the bars along the Manila Bay foreshore.

Bed was comfortable, I had a nice sleep. The location was stunning and strategic, close enough to the airport, shopping malls and transport links and mall of asia and airport, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Accommodating hosts.

I felt like home here. Their room was cheap and complete with a balcony. A shower, a bidet and bath sheets were available. It was marvellous and strategic to all public transport...

I recently stayed at Sea Residences Moa-Eric Apartments for a week-long vacation and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the airport, shopping malls, and transportation links. There were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, some even open 24 hours. The apartment itself was well-equipped with amenities like an electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, all in good working condition. The host, Eric, was incredibly accommodating and always available to address any concerns. a highly recommended stay.

One of the only redeeming qualities of this place was the location. It was conveniently close to the airport, shopping malls, and transportation links. There were also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants in the vicinity, some even open 24 hours, which was quite convenient. the swimming pool in the building was quite enjoyable. However, the positives were heavily overshadowed by the negative aspects of this stay.

The smell was unbearable and the air conditioning was barely functioning. The blankets and towels provided were in such poor condition, they felt like rags.

The staff here are friendly and gave me helpful advice.
